Peter & Christine Reynolds will be your hosts on the self-guided single-centre programme. They are both keen walkers and know the area intimately having enjoyed a home in the hills behind Kardamili since 1992. Their passion for Greece began in the 1970’s when Peter worked as a trek leader around the mainland and its islands whilst Christine spent six months working on a camp site at Nea Kiffissia, Athens.

Peter is the author of ‘Going to Live in Greece’; an informative guide book aimed at  anyone thinking of moving to live or work in this fascinating country, where east meets west. Copies can be obtained from all good bookshops or online from the UK publishers at www.howtobooks.co.uk or from the leading international distributors www.amazon.co.uk

The guided walks will mostly be led by Peter or George Etmektzoglou. George is a qualified outward bound instructor as well as an accomplished walker, linguist and long distance runner with 10 marathons to his name. George has a great love for rafting, canoeing and sea-kayaking and is keen to develop the outward bound activities being planned for 2007.  He is married to Sophia who shares George’s passion for walking. They moved from Athens a few years ago and now share a home in the hills above Stoupa with Fikos, their German shepherd dog, who often accompany's the walks.
